Full Description

1.1 This procedure can be used to quantify the cellulose/hemicellulose-derived glucan and galactan (CHDGG) content in corn biomass samples that also contain varying levels of starch-derived and yeast-derived glucan. The method has been shown to provide accurate values for samples with cellulose content up to 40 % w/w.3 1.2 Units-The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. 1.3 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
